The long hallway is cleverly separated from the dining room area by a tall, see-through display unit. This provides privacy, without being visually overwhelming. A plethora of  cultural accent pieces, reflecting the inhabitants’ tastes, adorn the display unit which can be admired from the plush sofas and ottomans.

Placed strategically across the dining area is the media unit. The elderly couple specially requested for this, as sitting at the dining chairs helps maintain the right posture and makes TV viewing a comfortable experience.

Contemporary elements are evident in the modular kitchen, complete with stylish wood stained cabinets as well as the swanky sliding wardrobe outfitted with a large mirror.
