Is there any fee or investment required to become a Livspace Channel Partner?

Accepted Answer

No, joining is 100% free. There are no registration fees, franchise charges, or hidden setup costs.

Do I need a background in interior design to refer clients?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Your role is simply to connect your homebuyer clients with Livspace, our expert team will take care of the rest.

Can I accompany and bring my clients to the Livspace Experience Centre?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! We strongly encourage you to accompany your clients to our Experience Centres and be part of their Livspace journey.

Question 4

What if project execution is delayed? Will it affect my personal relationship with the client?

Accepted Answer

Your relationship is safe with us. We protect your reputation by delivering on fixed timelines, quality benchmarks, and lifetime warranty on modular products. Our after-sales support team takes care of any issues that may arise after delivery.

Can we get co-branded creatives to share with our clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide Livspace co-branded creatives to our partners on request. You can reach out to our KAM/City Head for further details.

Question 6

What if two CPs refer to the same customer?

Accepted Answer

In this scenario the CP who has registered the lead first gets the advantage and the lead exclusivity for 7 days from the date of registration. From the 8th day any partner who facilitates the visit of the customer will get the credit.

Question 7

Can I refer a customer from any city and still receive my payout?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. However, we advise you to discuss this with your KAM or City Head before registering the lead and proceeding with it in a city different from your base city.

Can I refer a customer who needs just basic interiors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Livspace caters to all interior needs from modular kitchen & wardrobes to full home interiors.

Whom can I contact for any issues related to lead, bookings or payment?

Accepted Answer

You can initially reach out to our KAM or City Head for any issues. If your issue is not resolved, you can contact us directly via email at channelpartner@livspace.com. We will address your issue and provide you with an update promptly.

Question 10

Is this an exclusive partnership?

Accepted Answer

No, this is not an exclusive partnership. Partners are free to work with multiple other companies alongside Livspace.

Question 11

When will I become eligible for a booking's payout?

Accepted Answer

Commissions are processed on a monthly basis for eligible projects reaching the required booking milestone (Full Order Confirmed AND 60% payment done by the customer). Full Order Confirmed is marked when the customer has paid at least 60% of his total order value, finalised his design discussions and signed the final design sign-off document. For example, if the FOC and 60% payment is done in March your payout will be eligible in April.

When will I get my payout after the customer has booked?

Accepted Answer

The average payout timeline is normally around 2-3 months after booking, while bigger projects with higher budget and scope of work may take up to 4-5 months to reach the FOC stage.

Where and how will I receive my payment?

Accepted Answer

All payouts are transferred directly to your given bank account details via NEFT. Our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp on your registered number when you become eligible for the payout. In case you want to change your bank account details, you can reach out to your KAM/CH or email us at channelpartner@livspace.com.

What documents do I need to submit to receive my payment?

Accepted Answer

You will need to submit the empanelment form and your bank details to us via a Google form that will be shared with you by our team for your payment.

Question 15

What happens when the value of a project changes after FOC, how will the commission be calculated and paid?

Accepted Answer

If the project value increases, the additional order value’s payout will be given to you in the next month. If the project value decreases due to cancellation, descoping of orders or any other reason by the customer, the excess payout amount paid will be adjusted in future payouts or you may be requested to refund the excess amount.

How is the payout calculated?

Accepted Answer

The payout is calculated based on the final order value of your customer as follows: Total Order Value/1.18 = Order Value excluding GST; Payout Amount = Order Value excluding GST x Commission %. Please note, partners with a valid GST number will be given Tax Invoices (with GST) and those without will be given Non-Tax Invoices.

Is there any minimum order value to be eligible for the payout?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the customer’s orders must be a minimum of INR 1,00,000 for you to be eligible for the payout.

Is payout given on cancellations and cancelled orders?

Accepted Answer

Payout is not given on any cancellations or cancelled orders. Any amount paid by the customer may be refunded or utilised against design processes as per the applicable scenario. In case the project is cancelled after commission has been paid to you, the commission amount will be adjusted in future payouts or you may be requested to refund the excess amount.

When do I have to file and pay the GST for the invoices?

Accepted Answer

Partners requesting GST invoices are required to file their invoices on the GST Portal by the 10th of the next month. For example, if an invoice is sent in July, it has to be filed and paid by 10th August. Failure to do so may result in future payouts being reduced or not paid. Partners filing quarterly are required to use the Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) to update the invoices monthly on the GST Portal.

How do I raise the invoice?

Accepted Answer

We will raise the invoice and send it to you on your registered email address, you will have to sign it digitally. Our team will guide you through the process. You can edit the invoice number as needed based on your records or filing system.

Question 21

Whom should I contact if my payment is delayed/not received?

Accepted Answer

Share the customer’s PID with our KAM/City Head. They will check the payment status and get back to you with an update.

Question 22

Why is my payout on hold? How should I proceed?

Accepted Answer

We generally request that you meet with our Regional Head to discuss the issue. Following the meeting, we will proceed accordingly.
