Conceptualised by designers from Livspace, this minimal home features ergonomic furniture from IKEA. Packed with storage, this home looks uncluttered and is easy to maintain. See for yourself; we’ll give you a tour!

#1: Easy-to-maintain Living Area in Shades of Black and Brown

Following an open floor plan, the 2-room condo opens up to a living-cum-dining room. The room is predominantly white but has a brown feature wall, which adds depth to it. 

Look Out For

The living area features IKEA’s 3-seater sofa, Ektorp in hallarp grey, coffee and side tables in black, beige pouffe and rug, and the latest Tagarp lamp. For storage, we can see the Hemnes TV bench, a shelving unit and a ledge. 

The dining area is occupied by a 4-seater black dining set featuring IKEA’s Lisabo table paired with Idolf chairs. A warm pendant light brightens the space.

#2: Grey Kitchen in Grainy Wooden Finish

The kitchen in this 2-room condo design follows an L-shaped layout. The base and overhead IKEA cabinets make sure that there is never a dearth of storage space. To increase the kitchen’s appeal, a combination of glass and wooden shutters are used for the overhead cabinets. 

The backsplash and countertop have the same light wood finish ensuring continuity of design. The light wood, along with the gold handles, breaks the monotony of the grainy grey IKEA kitchen cabinets.

While beige is the primary colour of this bedroom, the ceiling, wardrobe and soft furnishings add splashes of white, opening up the space further. 

Look Out For

The bedroom is also has a lot of storage space with the bed and bedside furniture from IKEA’s Malm collection and the large white wardrobe. A combination of ceiling lights, track lights and table lamp liven up this compact bedroom.

#4: Stylish Bathrooms

This compact condo has 2 bathrooms. 

The bathroom in the master bedroom uses beige and black tiles on one side and white subway tiles on the remaining three sides. A white shower curtain separates the dry and wet areas.

Look Out For 

This bathroom has a white Godmorgon vanity unit with a mirror, a Tornviken cabinet unit and a shelf from IKEA for storage.
