5% Booking fee
Make the most of a lower booking fee. Kickstart your home renovation from $500 onwards. Applicable only on residential projects.
15 days refund policy
We understand how big the decision to renovate your home could be, especially at such a time. You don’t have to worry about it with us, if you wish to discontinue your project within 15 days of booking, we will refund 100% of the booking amount.
Delay Penalty
Delays can be frustrating, we agree. Due to unforeseen circumstances, if there is a delay in project delivery, we will compensate for the inconvenience you face.

From our office spaces to on-site work, we are doing all it takes to build a safe environment for you and our employees. All measures as mandated by the BCA are followed to ensure a risk-free renovation journey for everyone.
Workers are educated on safety measures through posters on-site
A health record of all workers is maintained every 14 days
All workers are supervised by a safety officer
Only 5 workers are allowed on-site to follow social distancing - Social distancing at work
All workers on-site must be staying in approved dorms only.
Mandatory use of sanitiser, masks and gloves by all staff
Documented entry and exit on-site
Dedicated transportation for workers to commute to and fro work
FAQs
Is this the right time to do my home interiors?
Yes, it is. Since the process of co-creating a design typically takes 4-6 weeks, you can get started with online consultation. Our designers can assist you online via video calls. You can also schedule an appointment and meet us in our office.
Can I meet my interior designer?
Yes, certainly. Keeping safety in mind, we have enabled 2 different ways of interactions:
- Online consultation
- Contactless and safe design meets in person at the office
Can I have a meeting at my home?
We would recommend e-meetings or meetings at our office which is completely safe for your visit. With temperature checks, use of alcohol-based hand rubs, and contactless meetings, there’s nothing you need to be worried about in our office space.
How can I select materials for design?
While we can share images of the materials and finishes during the design phase online, you will have to visit our office to finalise them. We can assure you that our centres are safe and we are adhering to every protocol.
How will my site be measured?
You can share the floor plan of your home with our designers, which will help us to start your project. If in case you don’t have the floor plan, we will assign our representative for a site visit. Be assured, our representatives will follow all the protocols for their and your safety.
What will be the timelines for my project completion?
Timelines usually depend on project scope and your floor plan. The designer would be the right person who can comment on that after discussing your needs and requirements. However, we would like to assure you that post the COVID circuit breaker, things are slowly getting back to normal. We have received the BCA approval to resume operations and are doing everything we can to cover up on the lost time and to deliver your home interiors in the safest way possible.
