This Great Interiors Festival is brought to you by Livspace India Private Limited ("Livspace") on its online portal (“www.livspace.com”) as well as its experience centres (“EC”). These promotional offers under Great Interiors Festival are being run by Livspace and its affiliates. Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before proceeding with Great Interiors Festival.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in Great Interiors Festival. By participating in these offers, You agree to be bound by:

• the terms and conditions on the online portal (“T&C”) and the offer-specific terms and conditions; and
• the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation, including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the platform.
• This Great Interiors Festival is a platform-level sale across the below mentioned categories:
  
  I.  50% off on readymade soft furnishings at www.livspacehome.com, applicable on form submission (online) or walking into our ECs.
  
  II. 20% off on modular interiors and furniture after booking.
  
  III. Minimum order values shall be: (a) for Soft furnishings INR 999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) and (b) Modular interiors INR 2,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Lakh Only) (exclusive to modular interiors, not inclusive of other services).

• All offers/discounts are for a limited period and are sponsored by Livspace and its affiliates and are subject to product availability.
• It is entirely at Livspace’s discretion to offer any product for Great Interiors Festival sale event.
• All Great Interiors Festival discounts on the products are solely decided by Livspace.
• This Great Interiors Festival will commence from September 22, 2025 and end on October 31, 2025.
• By participating in Great Interiors Festival, You consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Livspace. You may update or change Your email preferences at the email preferences page.
• Please note that Livspace may be running similar offers or promotions at the same time as this Great Interiors Festival. By entering this Great Interiors Festival, You will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion unless You enter each promotion separately.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Livspace may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel Great Interiors Festival at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend Great Interiors Festival without any prior notice or without assigning any reasons.
• We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by You or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Great Interiors Festival, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with Great Interiors Festival; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to Your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with Great Interiors Festival.

• Livspace may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Great Interiors Festival or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
• If Your entry is incomplete or if You use robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, Your entry will be void.
• The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.

MISCELLANEOUS

• By participating in this Great Interiors Festival, You agree and undertake to indemnify and keep Livspace/its group company/parent company/affiliates indemnified at all times from any suit, claim, cost, penalty or damages arising out of Your conduct during or in relation to this Great Interiors Festival. For the purpose of this clause, 'Livspace’ includes its associates, directors, employees and agencies.
• Great Interiors Festival is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all Livspace’s decisions related to Great Interiors Festival are final and binding on You. Failure by Livspace to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
• These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these T&Cs or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

FORCE MAJEURE

• This Great Interiors Festival is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Livspace ("Force Majeure Event").
• Livspace shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in Great Interiors Festival as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

• By participating in Great Interiors Festival, You give Livspace and/or its affiliates permission to use Your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to Great Interiors Festival and any promotions, events, or contests to follow without further compensation or notice and You will not claim or demand at any time any compensation or favour from Livspace/its group company/parent company in any manner whatsoever. You agree that Livspace and/or its affiliates have the right to use and publish Your details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that Livspace and/or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose.
• These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet.

LIABILITY RELEASE

• This Great Interiors Festival is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Great Interiors Festival is voluntary. By participating in Great Interiors Festival, You will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Livspace, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Livspace and its services/products.
• Livspace and its affiliates will not be liable to any participant for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits offered under this Great Interiors Festival, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in Great Interiors Festival, even if caused or contributed to by Livspace’s negligence.
