Easy EMIs

Our EMI and No Cost EMI options are designed to elevate your purchasing experience at the Livspace Store (www.livspace.com/in) and the Livspace Retail Stores within India.

Eligibility Criteria:

• EMI and No Cost EMI payment facility is being offered to the customers who make a purchase transaction with Livspace meeting the minimum order value.
• The No Cost EMI facility is in association with our banking and financing partners (as the case may be) and is made available as a promotional offering on select products and during specified periods, as determined from time to time by Livspace.
  

Procedure Overview: 

• Engage in a conversation with our designated individuals to gain insights into the complete process, eligibility criteria, and the offered EMI plans.
• Select your preferred EMI option from the provided choices, each specifying the interest rate and tenure.
  
• Submit the necessary supporting documents as requested by the eligible bank or financing partner. Please note that the details will be solely recorded for transactional purposes.
  

Understanding Your Payment Options:

• No Cost EMI Details: The interest payable on an EMI transaction is discounted from the total transaction value. It is your responsibility to repay the principal loan amount and applicable interest to your eligible issuing bank/financing partner.
  
• Bank Interaction: EMI and No Cost EMI terms are between you and your eligible Bank or financing partner. Livspace takes no part in approval, extension, pricing, or any matters related to EMI financing. The EMI facility is made available to you by and is at the sole discretion of the eligible banks/financing partner. Different partnerships with financial institutions come with distinct thresholds, which will be explicitly detailed by the respective banks and financing partners.
  
• Price Adjustment: In case of a price reduction, Livspace will automatically adjust the final invoice. Any reduction will be credited to the original payment method. Details regarding EMI repayment will be communicated by your bank or financing partner.
  
• Fees: Livspace does not charge any processing or convenience fees, please check with your issuing bank for any additional charges or GST on the charges. This is not covered under the "Easy EMI Policy".
• Cancellation and Refund: In the event of cancellation or return utilizing the EMI or No Cost EMI option, Livspace will facilitate refunds to the source of payment. Please consult your eligible bank or financing partner for potential EMI implications.

Data Handling and Accountability: 

• Transactional Data Sharing: Livspace reserves the right to share transaction order information with your eligible bank or financing partner to avail the applicable EMI offers. The customer explicitly consents that this data sharing is essential for transactional purposes when opting for the specified financing option.
  
• Liability Disclaimer: Livspace holds no liability if your bank or financing partner rejects EMI or No-cost EMI transactions.
  
• Information Accuracy: Livspace disclaims any liability if your eligible bank or financing partner rejects EMI and No-cost EMI transactions due to data inaccuracy or related issues. For any clarifications, it is advised to directly contact your bank or financing partner to ensure accurate and up-to-date details.
  

Fees:

• Livspace does not charge processing or convenience fees. Your bank or financing partner may apply charges as per their terms and conditions.

Complaints and Disputes:

• To address any complaints, disputes, or inquiries regarding EMI transactions, please contact your eligible bank or financing partner. Livspace will not be liable for any claims on account of the availability or non-availability of an EMI facility or under any other circumstances.
  

Operational Guidelines & Compliance:

• Promotion Combination: EMI and No Cost EMI options may be combined with other Livspace and Livspace promotions, subject to respective terms and conditions governing each offer.
  
• Legal Compliance: Livspace ensures compliance of its EMI payment option with relevant laws and regulations. For information regarding data usage, please refer to Livspace's privacy policies.
  

Taxation:

• All applicable taxes and levies, including local sales tax and GST, are your responsibility and should be duly paid by you.
  

Livspace reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the EMI payment option and associated terms and conditions without notice and any liability. Such changes will not impact orders already processed under the existing version of the Terms and Conditions.
