These Referral Policy detailed Terms and Conditions for the referral program (“Referral Program/Program”) shall be read jointly and in addition to the terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Use.
Definitions
For the purpose of these Referral Terms,
- The term We, Us, our, Livspace, or Company shall mean Livspace India Private Limited
- The term Customer, You, or Your shall mean either the Referrer and the Referral Recipient
- The term Modular Project shall mean modular solutions like kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bookshelves, shoe racks that can be customized to match your home.
- The term R1, Referrer shall mean an individual who is an existing Customer of the Company, and who has either received completed services from the Company or is currently availing services and has made full payment towards the ongoing project.
- The term R2, Referee or Referral Recipient shall mean a new customer who has never previously engaged with or approached the Company for any services and commences services with the Company only after being referred by a Referrer.
- The term Successful Referral shall mean the event when the Referee undertakes a Modular Project with a final confirmed order value exceeding 2,00,000, inclusive of taxes and before deducting discounts and the Referee has made full payment towards that project.
Program Duration and Modifications
This Referral Program is effective from October 1st 2025, and can be availed for a limited time. Livspace reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the program, including its requirements and incentives, at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Referrer (R1) must be a past or current customer who has either completed their project or made full payment towards an ongoing project.
- The Referee (R2) must be a new customer, not previously registered their details with the Company.
- Both the Referrer (R1) and Referee (R2) should confirm a final order with the Modular Project value exceeding 2,00,000 inclusive of all taxes and before deducting discounts. Make full payment towards the ongoing project.
- Referrer (R1) and Referee (R2) must own or reside at different properties. The project being referred (R2)must be a different project from the one owned by the referrer(R1)
- Repeat orders for the same property are not eligible.
If these conditions are not met, the referral will be invalidated, and no reward will be issued.
Referral Rewards Earnings Structure
The referrer will earn a referral bonus once the referred friend or family member i.e. the Referee confirms their final order with Livspace. The referral bonus shall be paid as per the following terms:
- For the first Successful Referral, the Referrer earns a ₹25,000 Livspace voucher.
- For the second and any subsequent Successful Referrals, the Referrer earns a ₹50,000 Livspace voucher.
The terms of the referral bonus are subject to change at Livspace’s sole discretion without prior notice.
It is clarified that the project value will be calculated as the total amount paid by the Referee for the first project, excluding taxes.
For the removal of doubt, the Referrer shall be entitled to receive a referral bonus only once per unique Referee, and solely on the project value of the Referee's first eligible project.
In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Company's decision shall be final and binding.
Terms for the Payout
- The referral bonus will be processed once both the Referrer and Referee have confirmed their respective final order with Livspace and made payment towards the same.
- The Referrer will be asked to provide the following details: Proof of different properties for both Referrer and Referee.The project being referred (R2)must be a different project from the one owned by the referrer(R1)
- Upon receiving the required information, the referral bonus will be transferred within 30 business days.
Invalidated Referrals
Referrals will be invalidated if:
- The Referee (R2) has already been in touch with Livspace. Ie.
- The Referee's (R2) Modular Project value inclusive of all taxes and deducting discounts is below Rs. 2 lakh.
- The Referrer (R1) refers to the Referee (R2) for the same property.The project being referred (R2)must be a different project from the one owned by the referrer(R1)
- If any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is suspected or detected during the referral process.
- Repeat orders for the same property
Fraudulent Practices
Any fraudulent practices detected during the payout process will result in disqualification from the referral program. In such a case, the Company reserves the right to initiate any legal action it deems fit to recover the referral bonus from the Referrer, if already paid.
Employee Eligibility
Livspace employees are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
Multiple Referrals
In case of multiple referrals for the same person, the referral credit will be assigned to the first recorded referral, based on the timestamp. Livspace reserves the right to make the final decision on referral credit allocation.
Privacy and Data Use
Any personal data collected for the purposes of the Referral Program shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Miscellaneous
- The Company is under no obligation to run similar programs in the future.
- If any provision of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- Queries or concerns related to this program must be raised during the program duration to the Company's customer support team.
- Participation in this Referral Program constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
- Any dispute arising from or related to this Referral Program shall be governed by the laws of India.
- The courts located in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction
