    What is an execution stage?

    Execution stages help us track the progress of your project. They mark the completion of an important activity at which payments are due. Livspace generates two types of orders for civil work + custom furniture, and catalogue furniture. As payment stages are linked with the progress of the project, due payment against a completed stage is essential. The following table defines payment stages for the types of orders.

    Execution Stage 1 - At this stage, 40 - 50% of the work in terms of order value is completed.

    Execution Stage 2 - 65 - 75% of the work in terms of order value, is completed.

    Livspace catalog products will be manufactured alongside the work done onsite. This need to be paid for in full before delivery of products.

    *These are general guidelines that can vary from project to project. Payment requests will be shared as per the actual percentage of work completed.  

    What are the benefits of the revised payment structure?

    We have revised our payment terms to break down the quotation amount into instalments. These instalments are due when a certain set of tasks has been done onsite, for a better interiors journey.

    What happens if my service order scope doesn't include MEP(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or  POP (Plaster Of Paris) or work?

    In the case where your project does not include any MEP or POP work, your project manager will inform you of the execution stages at which payment will be due.

    What is the difference between a project and an order?

    A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.

    Do you charge a design fee?

    Yes, for all projects, Livspace charges a flat design and management fee @ 8%. This fee covers the services of your designer, project manager, and much more.

    What are Livspace professional services?

    Livspace professional services include civil work, custom furniture, false ceiling and 250 such other services. These are executed by our verified service partners. All Livspace professional services are chargeable on the basis of the design and site requirement. The exact cost for Livspace professional services will be included in your final quote, right before you place order(s).

    Can I get just part of my home designed?

    In most cases, yes. Livspace can work with you to design a part of your home, be it just your modular kitchen or your living room. However, based on your unique scope of work we suggest a consultation to get a definite answer, request a consultation here.

    How can I make a payment?

    With every order, you will receive a secure online payment link. Alternatively, you can make payments through cash, cheque or wire transfer.

    Do you offer payments on EMIs?

    Yes, Livspace has partnered with leading financial institutions to bring you installment payment options. Speak to your designer to know more.

    What if I choose to cancel my project?

    In case you cancel your project before placing any order(s), the booking fee will be partially refunded. It is refunded not as cash but Livspace store credit only. Livspace store credit can be used to purchase select furniture and decor products. Refunds are not possible after placing an order(s).

    Do you offer any warranty?

    Yes, when you design your interiors with Livspace you get a duly stamped Livspace quality promise book for all applicable products. Read more at https://www.livspace.com/service
